This is our online SDAA Membership Application form. Use this form to submit an application for membership only when you wish to pay your first year's dues using PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you'll have the opportunity to log-in to that account when our site transfers you to the PayPal site to make your payment. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you'll be given the opportunity to create one at that time. It's all safe and secure...and fast!

If you do not wish to pay via PayPal, please click back to the main Membership page to download an electronic version of the Membership Application form, which you can fill out off-line and mail in.

ABOUT THE CALCULATED TOTAL: This form automatically calculates a total payment amount based on your input, and the selections you make. Added to the subtotal is a small transaction fee which amounts to 3.0% of the total, plus 30 cents. This amount is added only to cover our costs for transacting through PayPal, and you should consider it a "convenience fee" for being able to pay for your membership online. To avoid this additional charge, you are welcome to mail an application for membership to the SDAA using the PDF document available for download on the main Membership page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In applying for membership in the San Diego Astronomy Association, you agree to abide by the Association's by-laws. You also agree to abide by all rules and laws, Club and civil, while at the SDAA Observing Site and at any Club sanctioned or sponsored events.
Clicking the "Submit Application" button will send you to a PayPal page showing the details of this transaction, with the payment form pre-populated with your information. When the payment process is complete, it is very important that you click the "Continue" link on the PayPal site to jump back to the SDAA site. If you do not do this, the SDAA will not receive the information needed to complete the transaction.
